CHANGE, RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery to the buyer. Returned products must be in new, undamaged condi]on with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject worn or damaged goods.

RETURNS

  1. Pack the products and fill out the form. Fill out the return form online and check that you have completed all the fields. Pack and secure the shipment carefully.
  2. Send the parcel. Send the package to the address on the contact page. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We do not accept COD shipments or to a collec]on point (parcel locker, DPD Pick Up, etc.). We advise against sending by Poczta Polska, we recommend sending by courier. Shipping by Poczta Polska at your own risk.

  1. Wait for the funds to be returned to your account. The refund is made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by PAPAGAI. The refund of transac]on costs is made by bank transfer to the account number from which the order was paid via Paynow or to another account number indicated in the form (necessary in the case of cash on delivery).

EXCHANGES

  1. Inquire & pack the products.

  2. a) Check if the product for which you want to exchange the goods is available. If the product is available, write us a message to reserve the product. If the product is not currently available, it may take a little longer to replace it, please write us an e-mail: papagai@papagai.eu to find out when you can expect a possible replacement. b) Carefully pack and secure the shipment.
  3. Send the parcel. Send the package to the address on the contact page. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.   1. Wait for the package with the listed products. Aher accep]ng the shipment at our branch, we verify the availability of products again and complete the order. COMPLAINTS

Please submit any complaints by e-mail. Write to us at: papagai@papagai.eu In the e-mail, describe the defect of the product, provide the date when the defect was found and a^ach a photo. Complaints are considered within 14 working days Dostaw
